Project management services together with the full design and build of the critical infrastructure for a mixed used commercial and tourist destination. The design was provided to supply building services and security systems to 28 buildings with a total built0up are of 19,600m2 on a purpose-built waterfront. The designed included for the HV services that were stepped down with strategic substations to feed the development with LV services. The cooling system was designed with central roof top mounted air cooled chilled that served the development via a network of underground services. 

The development was designed for an integrated ICT system to be implemented to cater for the security systems to comply with local Police requirements and to support the entrainment systems such as back-ground music and audio-visual system.
