Commercial Management
Our procurement processes address all HSE and quality issues, using our professional and experienced staff to spec and source everything for your project. Whether we’re delivering a modular system, a bespoke solution or, most likely, an integrated combination of both, we use our tried and trusted suppliers while keeping abreast of what’s new on the market.
We work on a case-by-case basis, ensuring you get the best-fit critical services infrastructure for your project, delivering efficiency in both function and cost. Modular systems are the most cost-effective route and we used them on our Neighbourhood One Residences project. But a unique building like The Opus requires a bespoke solution and we can bring these in on-budget too.
Owner Furnished, Contractor Installed can improve project efficiency where the client has a preferred and trusted supplier. This is especially true of local suppliers and we see this as an opportunity for Pentagon to expand our own network and to prepare us for further collaboration with you as your business grows and new projects emerge. All OFCI components must comply with the same standards as Pentagon’s own modular or bespoke installations.
