Project management services together with the full design and build of the critical infrastructure for a 34-storey tower. The project management services included a complete design to cost and value engineering scope implemented by the client where all elements of the project were reviewed in terms of lifecycle, time and cost. The project management team led the engagement with the project stakeholders including several end users who each had individual specifications that had to be coordinated within the scheme. The design included the HV / LV power distribution and cooling systems with all levels of redundancy to keep the facility operational during any black out periods. All specialist systems were designed and implemented included fire life safety systems, ICT systems including internal data rooms and hotel entrainment and security systems.
